I have been watching the localization and generated documentation 
stuff... just not saying much about it all because I haven't had a lot 
of time to really give things proper review :) especially the actual 
generation code.

Maybe for now while I'm getting settled in with school and figuring out 
when I can find time to keep contributing, I'll just stick with this 
documentation duty...

Anyway I do think this has been taken care of now. It may still be worth 
backporting at least.
