Yes the windows. Is correct. When you press run, does it work?


The
http://wdc.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/search/1/a_id/11387/c/130/p/85,392
 seems to be reporting only to workaround on oracle java - to lower the
security settings so low, that manifest check on library allowable codebase is
not performed. You may do the same in itw - itweb-settings application, then
extended applet security, then medium level low.  Or you may (since 1.5.1) 
mark "rember decission" in this dialogue.
