If you have the package installed, `rpm -q java-1.7.0-openjdk` will tell
you the version. You can find the SRPMs matching the package versions
here: http://ftp.redhat.com/redhat/linux/enterprise/6Server/en/os/SRPMS/

One of these should be what you are looking for:
java-1.7.0-openjdk-1.7.0.9-2.3.3.2.el6_3.src.rpm
java-1.7.0-openjdk-1.7.0.9-2.3.3.el6_3.1.src.rpm
java-1.7.0-openjdk-1.7.0.9-2.3.4.1.el6_3.src.rpm
java-1.7.0-openjdk-1.7.0.9-2.3.8.0.el6_4.src.rpm
