Yes, this is moreover correct list.

No NaCl eas never discussed before, nor tried.

The build of java part (javaws only) should be ok  The build of whole ITW (javaws+native browser 
plugin) may be much much worse.

The minimal build will be --disable-plugin and what ./configure allows.

What is target audience and paltform? And target usecase?

If you will try, let us know! I recently faile dto build on mac... So I hope you will be more 
sucessfull.
