While compiling snappy-java, I have the following:

It is reproducible.

In spite of message: "Core dump written. Default location:
/home/reixt/SNAPPY-JAVA/snappy-java/core or core.5012" I cannot find a fresh
core file.

There are log files:
$ ll /tmp/jvm-*/hs_error.log
