[rfc][icedtea-web] "fixing" resources test

Hi!

Looking ot Alexandr's changeset, He did not (or was not possible to do) trasnlated four strings.

The only one I'm not sure about is the License. The rest should go to whitelist. With this 
whitelist, the test passes fro CZ localisation.
