Hello,

I can't really comment too much on the CZ translations as I don't know the language, but can you make sure that the changes to the keymaps all work properly?

e.g

-PECustomPermissionsItemMnemonic=85
+PEFileMenuMnemonic=F

That's my only concern atm.
