[icedtea-web] mozilla-plugin alternative?

After considerably more research, I did find a solution (or maybe it's a workaround). Linux From Scratch mentions to install NPAPI-SDK: "NPAPI-SDK is a bundle of Netscape Plugin Application Programming Interface headers by Mozilla. This package provides a clear way to install those headers and depend on them."

Can this be listed as an option in the README?
Also, the configure script does have --with-firefox= , which should be mentioned as an option for the mozilla-plugin issue.
