Thermostat uses management-agent.jar in order to attach to a JVM and start the
JMX agent. This has been removed in JDK 9:
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8043939

Thermostat needs to get updated so as to use "jcmd ManagementAgent.start"
instead.
