[rfc][icedtea-web] correct reaction in case of Xtrustall

hi!

During the remeberable madness I noted that not all dialogs are accepting Xtrusall.
Afaik it is big error, and no bugs to that jsut prove that not documented switch is not used switch :)

Anyway, this really should be fixd.


Once the types will be finished (After whole remeberable madness is done) maybe some optiialisation 
of this if (!shouldAskUser()) ..if (isXtrustAll())   may be optimizes a bit. But Iwoudl liek to 
avoid doing it sooner. And even if so, first put this, ater optimise.
