[rfc][icedtea-web] make jnlpfile (nearly) mandatory argument of message and adapt various redclarations accordingly

* jnlpfile is used in most dialogues anyway
* adding it to extras was already in current state bogus
* all things, logic (already implemented) which rememberable solution is using, are already using 
jnlpfile as provider of identification
   * so also rememberable solution needs it
