Thanks for your reply and explanation of the issue!

To answer your question, we run an online judge and problem archive for
students to practice programming: https://dmoj.ca. A short time ago we held an
on-site competition between a number of schools, and the code posted originated
during the contest from a student submission to this problem:

At the time, this submission inadvertently stalled 2 of our 3 judges
(https://dmoj.ca/status/). The Herculaneum judge was not affected, however, as
it runs a 32-bit 7u79 JVM.
