And here is last half. I have not found some proper way how to decompose this patch to smaller hunks.

But at least it is 40% of original.

Teh code compiles, the itweb-settigns seesm to be working fine on plintex-base of this column. Soem 
functioality commented out. This will need mayor rework, but another patch is better then this 
giantic one.
