        PR2414: CFLAGS, CXXFLAGS and LDFLAGS should be
        passed to OpenJDK build
        * Makefile.am:
        (ICEDTEA_CONFIGURE): Pass --with-extra-cflags,
        --with-extra-cxxflags and --with-extra-ldflags,
        using CFLAGS, CXXFLAGS and LDFLAGS values
        held by make.
        * NEWS: Updated.
