Attachments are really designed for patches and build logs. Core dumps are
rarely useful with the JDK unless the exact same environment is also available
to interpret it. hs_err files and build logs, as well as details of how to
reproduce the issue, are much more helpful in diagnosing an issue.

I really don't think we want multi-megabyte core dumps being uploaded to
Bugzilla. The limit is there for a good reason and raising it could lead to
abuse.
