jline now unconditionally logs the error when it can not expand an event. It
does not throw an error or allow us to do anything about it.

A simple and ugly fix would be to disable logging in jline, but jline uses its
own simple logging mechanism which is not exposed via OSGi. I left a comment
upstream: https://github.com/jline/jline2/issues/93#issuecomment-113557054
