[rfc][icedtea-web] Add reproducers for jnlp_href attribute

Hello,

This patch adds a reproducer to test the jnlp_href attribute difference in midori & epiphany versus firefox, opera, chrome/chromium.

Basically, for midori/epiphany, the applet is expected to fail to launch, whereas with firefox and the others, it is expected to run successfully.

How does it look?
