The last commit to the main CACAO Mercurial tree was in December 2014:

summary:     argument: replace assert(0) with shouldnotreach() and use
unimplemented().

Recent changes have been made in https://bitbucket.org/cacaovm/cacao-staging.
https://bitbucket.org/gnu_andrew/cacao-staging is a fork of this with the
addition of recent CACAO patches added to IcedTea. We should rebase on this,
removing the need to carry so many patches in IcedTea.
