adding deployment.manifest.attributes.check=NONE to to
~/.config/icedtea-web/deployment.properties did NOT workaround the issue both
on my CentOS 6.7 icedtea-web 1.5.1 (rhel-1.el6-x86_64) nor my RHEL 7.2
icedtea-web 1.6.1 (rhel-4.el7-x86_64) - both continue to throw same NPE at
net.sourceforge.jnlp.SecurityDesc.getUrlPermissions(SecurityDesc.java:415)
