GCJ is being deprecated and eventually removed from GCC [0]. We should allow
IcedTea to bootstrap without it, using the same technique as GCJ did (pre-built
class files). IcedTea already uses JamVM as an alternate VM and so can use this
with GNU Classpath to bootstrap OpenJDK, instead of relying on an external
system JDK.
