Updated patch to respect LDFLAGS in Makefile.am

Jiri, I saw that you are about to release 1.6.2. It would be good to strike
this one off the list as it is still an issue for us. Here is an updated patch
that adds LDFLAGS in all the relevant places, not just the main plugin target.
