        PR2873: Fix make distcheck
        * Makefile.am:
        (clean-tests): Don't try and delete the test
        subdirectory of the build tree. configure now
        generates test/tapset/jstaptest.pl and so
        the directory won't be empty until the autoconf
        tools remove this.
