The hint thermostat needs for direct mongodb connections is removing of the
webapp folder. I.e. this should work:

1. rm -rf ~/.thermostat
2. mv $THERMOSTAT_HOME/webapp{,.away}
3. thermostat storage --start
4. thermostat agent -d mongodb://127.0.0.1:27518
