testcase to reproduce it

Provide jpeg files (at least 128 of them) in a ./jpg directory
Run using something like:

$ while ! timeout --preserve-status 10 java Lp9133434Imageio; do echo " done.";
done

as the bug doesn't happen on every run (seem to depend on the jpeg files under
test, I can get it once about every 5 runs).
