A bit hard to say what went wrong. Maybe just suffix? Can you try to clear an
cache and run it again?  be sure all ITW cache dirs were really removed. Ther
was small hacking on cache subsytsem in 1.6.2. Is there some way I can debug
this? (== application (semi)publickly accessible)
