No-one's saying it's not a bug, but there's also a question of whether we
support building without pre-compiled headers generally in IcedTea. I have no
idea how long this has been broken because it's not something that's actively
maintained/monitored.

For clarity, I'll split the two issues, keeping this as this particular bug and
the enhancement as bug 3180.
