Should I report this bug to Icedtea or directly to OpenJDK

Hi Robert,

as far as I know, IcedTea does not, and has never, provided a different
font and text layout implementation compared to OpenJDK. However,
OpenJDK uses a different implementation than Oracle JDK (not sure if
it's still the case in JDK9 and 10, but I'm pretty sure it was the case
with JDK8).
