ugh. I have not yet checked my inbox since  Christmas, but can reproducer be
narrowed? best what i can imagine is two jars  reprodcuer  one withmain class,
second with one resource. You already know best what is the issue in your
application.  But of course once axis is in play, some cstom classlaoder
hierarchy can be in play.
