According to the Additional Categories list
(https://standards.freedesktop.org/menu-spec/latest/apas02.html), 'Monitor'
should only be used with the System or Network categories:

$ desktop-file-validate /usr/share/applications/jconsole-1.8.0.desktop
/usr/share/applications/jconsole-1.8.0.desktop: hint: value item "Monitor" in
key "Categories" in group "Desktop Entry" can be extended with another category
among the following categories: System, or Network

"Profiling" would appear to be the appropriate sub-category for a development
tool like JConsole.
