I can't reproduce, as the jnlp is behind login.

Can you sahre downloaded jnlp file?
What Icedtewa-web (javaws) do you use? There was an  issue with very long 
filenames. but was fixed in newer versions (soem 3/4 year ago)
Can you save whole output of `javaws --verbose whole_url_from_above` (not
truncated)?
