In that version config files and cache are placed under
"%LOCALAPPDATA%\RedHat\java-1.8.0-openjdk-[version]\webstart" . Note,
that this dir is purged on MSI update/uninstall.

There are no separate launcher for itweb-settings, It may be more
convenient to replace config files manually.
