Logs

1. Start a Windows Command Prompt
2. Run the following command:
"C:\Program Files\IcedTeaWeb\WebStart\bin\javaws.exe"
https://josm.openstreetmap.de/download/josm.jnlp
3. Accept the shortcuts
4. JOSM will start normally.
5. Reboot the computer
6. Click on the JOSM shortcut on your desktop

Expected Result:
JOSM should start.

Actual Result:
The Iced Tea Web Start logo appears, goes away, and then nothing happens.

Windows 7 SP1 EN-US x64
