Bug ID: 3736
Summary: [IcedTea8] Use https URLs where possible
Product: IcedTea
Version: 3.x-hg
Hardware: all
OS: All
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P5
Component: IcedTea
Assignee: gnu.andrew at redhat.com
Reporter: gnu.andrew at redhat.com
CC: unassigned at icedtea.classpath.org
The IcedTea codebase refers to a number of external web sites (e.g. the IcedTea
and OpenJDK servers). Where possible, we should use https URLs so people
communicate with these sites securely by default.
