icedtea7-forest-2.1 tar not downloading

I am trying to compile a Yocto 2.0 image using openjdk7 on Ubuntu 14.04 and it looks like I'm having trouble downloading d7ecb57d3c61.tar.gz from;name=jdk;unpack=false. If I try downloading the tar directly from the URL it stops downloading when it gets to around 28MB and just sits there and never finishes. It looks like many other tar.gz files on the same site do this as well. Is there something I'm doing wrong or is this something wrong with your end?
