Hi!

First of all, 1.6 is dead. Please move to 1.7
however...
1.7 is handling the properties in same way as 1.6.

For 1.8, we are creating native launchers, as far as I know, this bug is  still
there. (will try now)

Thanx for report. Unless rust have embedded some really nice handling of those
chatacters, I'm not sure how fixable it will be:(
