You are right.  There is not uch in the logs. So what do you wont me to do? To
obtain a magic ball, and agze to the crystal?

You are unable to give me an reproducer, nor you are able to provide access to
application.

Luckily, ITW can provide access to its code and build and debug, so *you* can
debug ITW. I will gladly assists you. 

But without reproducer or access to app, I'm blind, and crystal balls sold in
our neighbourhood are not good enough.
