[Bug 3678] Auto launch IE with OpenJDK and Iced tea Web

I am using Azule OpenJdk.

1 .I insatlled Azul Openjdk msi file in my system.
Please follow below url

2.
I am using IcedteaWeb binary folder.

http://icedtea.wildebeest.org/download/icedtea-web-binaries/1.7/windows/
icedtea-web-1.7.win.bin.zip  

I am running local javaws with jnlp file its running fine.

but when i am we click on url in IE
browser(http://localhost/projectname/webstart.jnlp) it should auto launch the
jnlp file. But it is asking user to Open or Save JNLP file.
