Pavan. Stop changing priority. maybe it is blocker for you, but for ITW is is
unimportant and trivial issue. Final on those flags is on myself. I understand
Why  Indians keep insists that theirs problems are somehow superior.
What you have described, is in addition not a bug.

You unpacked zip. If you do so, desktop integration is on your own. You have to
register the application to system. No one else.
We provide MSI
http://icedtea.wildebeest.org/download/icedtea-web-binaries/1.7.1/windows/  (in
addition there is 1.7.1 out for more then year), and this msi is doing those
kinds of integration (or should be)

So your bug report, form zip, is closed-invalid
However, there is one more issue - windows dont like bat files as main
launchers. For that reason, big work is done towards ITW 1.8, to provide native
launchers. If yo  wont to have this fixed for sure, please self build ITW 1.8
with rust launchers to MSI, and try how it behaves and let us know  if ti
solves your problem or if not.

Release of 1.8 is getting  close.
