Hi,

We are able to create the reproducer for the problem. Attached the
NewWatch.jnlp file and TestJnlp.jar.


Steps:

- Placed the NewWatch.jnlp and TestJnlp.jar on Tomcat
C:\apache-tomcat-7.0.70\webapps\ROOT


- open cmd set OpenJDK path and ITW and run the 
javaws.bat http://localhost:8080/NewWatch.jnlp


The problem is on while it tries object allocation dynamically.
