        Bump aarch32 to jdk8u222-b08-aarch32-190710.
        * patches/hotspot/aarch32/8064786-pr3601.patch:
        Removed, now that AArch32 is also using 8u222.
        * Makefile.am:
        (ICEDTEA_PATCHES): Remove 8064786/PR3601 from
        AArch32 section and add 8223511.
        * NEWS: Updated.
        * hotspot.map.in: Bump aarch32 to
        jdk8u222-b08-aarch32-190710.

        Change back to using symlinks to Shenandoah
