The favor of java 1.8 happens over the line "if jpath.starts_with("1.8")
|| jskey.len() == 3 {".
The favor of e.g. java 11 opposite java 10, is given by selecting the
last subkey within the current regkey.
The four regkeys in the jskeys vector determine the java generation.
Java Runtime Environment = JRE 1.0 - 1.8
Java Development Kit = JDK 1.0 - 1.8
JDK = JDK 9+
JRE = JDK 9 - 10
