Error while creating windows installer

Hello,

I realized that the tar at http://icedtea.wildebeest.org/download/source/icedtea-web-1.7.1.tar.gz does not have the win-installer folder. Hence there is no json file.
When I copied the folder from the hg clone http://icedtea.classpath.org/hg/release/icedtea-web-1.7 It worked for me.
