* NEWS: Updated.
* fsg.sh.in: Use a single value for PATCH_FILE,
which includes the value of @CURVES at .
* patches/pr3802-3curve.patch:
Renamed from pr3681.patch. Add changes to java.security
and ECDSAUtils.java for the 3-curve (nist) configuration.
* patches/pr3802-4curve.patch:
Renamed from pr3751.patch. Add changes to java.security
and ECDSAUtils.java for the 4-curve (nist+) configuration.
