Time to dissolve the Galahad Project?

Hi,

After Oracle's recent announcement to "detach GraalVM from the Java
Eco System", wouldn't it be a good idea to finally dissolve this
"zombie" project and let is rest in peace? According to the OpenJDK
Bylaws [2] this can be either requested by the Project's Committers
through a Lazy Consensus vote or through the Governing Board by a
Two-Thirds Majority vote.
