Yeah. But in order to have the necessary background for the discussion,
I'd like to see the TCK teleconference minutes published as soon as
possible.

Otherwise, I'd actually prefer delaying the vote until after those
minutes are published and the community has had a chance to take them as
input, as they are related to the proposed new group, touching on the
issue of what is actually considered 'confidential' in the scope of the
OpenJDK TCK license, for example.

I think having the minutes in published form is necessary for the
background of the discussion of potential implications of the creation
of the second mailing list in that proposal, which was the main
direction of the discussion so far, afaict.
