A bunch of further points:

* The time plan[1] in the published minutes calls for a draft of the
ratification process in October. So we should discuss how to go about
that efficiently.

* I've received some feedback in private about the quietness of some
OpenJDK mailing lists. While I believe that's a side effect of the
current infrastructure [2], that will vanish some time after the big
switch to mercurial, I'd like to bring this to the attention of the IGB
as something we should keep an eye on for now, and return to a month or
two after the mercurial switch to see if the situation has changed.
