The copy at http://oss.oracle.com/oca.pdf was accidentally removed,
but has since been restored as Kelly pointed out.

In the meantime I've published local copies of both the OCA and its
FAQ under http://openjdk.java.net/legal, and adjusted all links on
openjdk.java.net to point to those copies.
