On behalf of Kevin Walls I hereby propose the dissolution of the JMX Group<br>
which has not been active in years. The JMX Group interests will be folded<br>
into the Serviceability Group [0]. The remaining active member of the JMX<br>
Group will be nominated to become a member of the Serviceability Group.<br>
<br>
The JMX Group sponsors the JMX 2 [1] and VisualVM [2] Projects Which will be<br>
dissolved by virtue of losing their Sponsoring Group. Both the JMX 2 (CFV<br>
July 2009 [3]) and VisualVM (CVF April 2008 [4]) Projects never really got off<br>
the ground. They each contained only one Member who hasn't been active in<br>
OpenJDK in years.<br>

Votes are due by 23:59 UTC on Wednesday, 21 January.<br>

Only current Governing Board Members [a] are eligible to vote on this<br>
motion. Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing list.<br>
