CFV: New Graal Committer: Christian Thalinger

I hereby nominate Christian Thalinger to Graal committer.

Christian has made the following significant contributions to the Graal OpenJDK source base:
- Start of the experimental PTX backend [1].
- Support for JSR292 and invokedynamic [2].
- Support for CompileTheWorld functionality for footprint and compilation speed testing [3].
