CFV: New Graal Committer: Christian Humer

I hereby nominate Christian Humer to Graal committer.

Christian has made more than 150 commits to the Graal OpenJDK source base, most notable areas of contribution:
- Support for annotation processors in the Graal build system.
- Improvements to the Truffle API.
- Design and implementation of the Truffle DSL for Truffle guest language implementors.

Christian is a master student from the Johannes Kepler University Linz [1].
